This product is made from engineering wood board, which has 650 high density strength, this engineering wood board is made from neelgiri wood + pine wood board + composite comical mixing process.
This board has strength of 650 high density, this provides equivalent strength like plywood sheet.
Generally which wooden is available in market is made by can sugar wastage which is unable to give strength of wooden so our product has almost double strength thyen product which is available in market.
1. We are using GODREJ LOCK in wooden wardrobe which is long lasting and rust resistant it has ultra-key which is hard make duplicate.
2. Ply board looks beautiful and attractive due to ply colour and edge band colours are same.
3. We have used 1.3mm edge band which gives round finishing to edge and improves strength of board, it also reduce chances of break up edge band from door.
4. We are using PUR (Poly Urethane Reactive) glue for fix edge band, this glue is not affected by temperature once it fixed it never break even when it is in high temperature and that’s why PUR glue improves edge band’s life.
5. We are using 5 pairs of auto hinges for fix wardrobe’s door, which provides high strength, door’s weight divides between 5 hinges so it reduce weight on door which reduces chance of loosen hinges.
6. We provides knockdown clamps for fix wardrobe which is easy to build and open wardrobe so it becomes totally folding wardrobe and anyone can easily open it and fix it. These clamps are also rust proof which improves strength of joints of wardrobe.
7. Wardrobe’s in side designs and partition’s size is made according to architecture designs, it provides almost 18.5mm partitions during this you can set your clothes comfortably and it never spoils iron of clothes, we have putted drawers, lockers and hanger’s pipes by focusing user heights and comfort which is easy tooperate.
